Old historically listed church in the UK called on Kompozit’all UK installer Old Mill Chimneys because of a Leaking chimney, new liner was then required. Chimney would not accept stainless steel lining because this required breaking into walls and risked damaging antiques.
A key challenge with other liners was how to maintain adequate cross sectional area. Also to ensure no damage to a building which is over a 1000 years old.
FuranFlex Black liner was installed. Chimney was gas and water tight to ensure it was suitable for high efficiency or condensing appliances. Installation period was 1 day.
