Kompozit’all UK installer ‘Toast’ was commissioned to investigate and survey the 25 metre flue that serviced 2x large commercial condensing boilers. The flue was leaking badly through the chimney walls due to the amount condensate caused by the boilers.
3 metres had to be reconstructed to the chimney and a 28M 450 diameter black FuranFlex25 was installed using 2 FuranFlex25 steamers. Due to the stack size the installer winched the FuranFlex25 into position and maintain cross sectional area.
New stainless steel pipework was installed from the boilers to the FuranFlex25 liner which now has a suitable valve for collecting and draining the condensate. All works completed within 2 days using a team of 6 operatives.
